We ship swag to our community and employees around the world. We have a specific need to ship products worldwide to some of the hardest-to-ship locations. Printfection continues to support our challenge of shipping to hard-to-reach locations. They also have a great selection of products and their dashboard has been instrumental for a team that manages different campaigns and programs. You will not get that kind of service with any vendor. Their product is of high quality, and their customer service team is the best I have worked with in my career.

Our company uses Printfection to customize event merchandise such as pens, stickers, water bottles, napkins, clothing, pins, lanyards, etc. It's incredibly helpful that this platform can create mockups, work with your budget, assign you account managers who work very diligently with you, and create results in a very timely manner.

Before Printfection we had swag and promotional items spread throughout our remote workforce. I personally had swag in my garage and would ship items to other employees so they could then ship out. It was extremely inefficient, not cost effective and was taking up many employees valuable time. When it came time to reorder items they would go to someones home or crowd up a closet in our main office. We desperately needed a solution where our items were stored offsite, ease of reordering and ability to ship small and even individual orders out to employees and vendors. Printfection did all of those things (and more) for us and it has been a huge weight lifted off our team. The visibility that we have into our items and budget is huge.

Printfection is great for a remote team or large team needing to manage many people who have their hand in swag and promotional items. We use them to print, store and ship and it has been a game changer. It's helpful because we manage a decent number of skus and it allows our team to easily send a variety of items out.Printfection is less helpful for people who have a LARGE number of SKU's (it can get costly) and it is not helpful for people with only a FEW SKUs and few inventory items since you pay per month to carry those items (which can get costly if the value of the items is low)Also we don't love the idea of not seeing an item before shipping it out to a client, employe or vendor. We wish we could get complimentary samples post printing.

Printefection is a great company for swag for any company's promotional needs. They are very fast to respond to any requests and offer great customer support and always helpful in sourcing exactly what we are looking for, all while finding the best pricing. I love that they store our inventory and also allow us to drop-ship swag to customers with a unique URL. They are super easy to use, easy to work with, and are a great addition to our marketing team.

I use Printfection to order conference swag items for our conference attendees, and swag gifts for our customer anniversaries/contract renewals, new customers, and our customer reference program. Printfection allows us to send our customers quality swag with our logo and easy reporting on our items. The best part of Printfection is its customer support team who works closely to help with onboarding, purchasing swag, and offering ideas and solutions. We are a remote company so another problem Printfection solves is that they hold our swag in inventory and ship out on our request.

I was given the respoinsibility of finding a swag platform with limited instruction on what was wanted, how it should be distributed, etc. Printfection helped introduce me to all the things they offer, guided me through all the processes, and each department was very knowledgeable. As I said before, I had very little information on what my company was looking for so Printfection really helped me get the ball rolling and showing me what the end game would look like.

As an HR leader, I use Printfection to print, manage, and fulfill employee recognition swag. In the past I have spent a disproportionate amount of time managing swag vs. the return on that time spent. Printfection allows me to create self-service links for employees and virtually automate the swag distribution process. Further, the company allows for sourcing from outside their catalogue. This is also helpful!<br><br>While the platform can appear technical at first, after a couple tries of creating a self-service "campaign," I was able to get the hang of it. Customer support is incredibly responsive and willing to teach you via walk throughs and async Looms how to execute what you're after.

Printfection is a strong fit for a small team that needs to free up time spent administering swag via automation. For example, I set up all our employee anniversary rewards to be self service - the employees have the links to each year's anniversary gift and once they hit that milestone, they themselves go in and order sizes/gifts. I no longer need to go in each month to distribute these gifts. They do it themselves and I approve, as needed. SImilarly, we send gifts to all our new hires. The new hires also click a link sent by our recruiter once they've signed their offer and can select the gift they want in the size they want. The responsibility rests with the employee/new hire to get their gift and not with our limited People team.

We use Printfection to design, order, store and ship our corporate swag. We were initially using Sendoso but found that the goods we wanted to order was extremely marked up (pricing), production turnaround time was not ideal, and shipping to AUS took a very long time. Printfection was a better solution for us to order custom swag (tshirts, hats, stickers, water bottles, etc), store swag (warehousing), and ship swag (conferences, customer onboarding or employee welcome boxes).

I think they're a great solution if you're looking for a vendor to work with you on branded swag. We had a rush order for our customer advisory committee and we're so last minute on ordering, and Printfection really hit it out the park with identifying the items we could get quickly and helping us order ASAP to get the items in-hand with less than 2 weeks turnaround. Primary use cases I would 10/10 recommend Printfection for: Storing branded swag Designing branded swag (multi-color, edgy designs - not your standard logo on a hat) Custom swag packs / branded swag boxes Enabling sales/CS teams to ship custom swag packs to prospects and customers Out of the box swag items (if you can dream it, they can source it)

Swag is a very tough logistical problem when you are managing requests manually, heading down to the post office yourself and trying to get it in the hands of different people in different places. It can become very time consuming for the marketing team to have to deal with this alongside their other responsibilities. By using Printfection, not only do we get to source new items in a structured way, we also get to offload the logistics and actual management of the ordering, stock levels and delivery of the items. As well as reviewing orders and reporting. This means it is a lot easier and stress-free for the team to manage items and requests.
  • The swag catalogue has lots of items to choose from and they try to source anything else you need
  • Takes care of the logistical challenges of getting swag to offices, events and to customers
  • Their customer team are really hands on and helpful
  • The ticketing system for communicating with their team via email is ok but it does create a lot of noise in your inbox for managing items
  • They could do with more swag items in each category rather than the wider novelty items
  • Make the price per unit on items more competitive, they can be more expensive than you can source elsewhere
If your team is manually managing swag order and it is taking up significant time for your team members then getting a platform like Printfection is worth the investment because it will free up your team to do more impactful work. Also if you are struggling to source items from seperate vendors it makes sense to consolidate all of that into one supplier for all your swag needs.

We use Printfection for all of our print and promotional item needs for our sales team. We are also ramping up to use them for our onboarding new hire kits, employee giveaways, and clinical team kits. We had been looking or a solution that was a "one stop shop" where we could remove a lot of the manual work for our HR and Marketing department. Printfection has done that as well as provide full transparency for our Finance department.

Printfection is best suited for larger companies, especially in the B2B space. The giveaways, kits, and campaigns are a huge asset to our company. If you are looking for something more adhoc I would not consider Printfection, as the intent is an extended partnership with a regular order cadence.

We use Printfection for our gifting and swag. We have almost all of our customer-facing teams using it to thank prospects/customers and celebrate customer wins. We also use it internally to send welcome boxes to new employees. Lastly, Printfection supports our event swag and apparel. We previously were using a Shopify store and had trouble tracking things. It also wasn't easy for our team to understand and we saw a decline in gifting. Since starting with Printfection, we have already seen more interest in gifting from our team.

  • The Salesforce integration is not where it needs to be. You only can integrate certain components and it makes it challenging to track things inside of Salesforce.
We absolutely love Printfection and it has been a great experience so far. The swag and apparel we order often exceed our expectations and the team is incredibly helpful and creative. Our CSM is knowledgeable and quick with email responses and any support we might need. We also have a dedicated merchandise manager who is always coming up with new ideas for our team.

On the other hand, the lack of Salesforce integration capabilities has been very frustrating for us. We bought Printfection because we were struggling to track our gifting and we needed something that would communicate nicely with Salesforce. We were told the integration worked and was easy but it took multiple meetings with the team to get it set up and it's still not what we were hoping for. The integration is really just creating a button that links to Printfection and the two tools don't communicate in any way.

Printfection has resolved several of our swag obstacles. From being able to budget within different departments in our organization to having dedicated account managers, we have been able to combine several departments swag needs while ensuring that we have the most unique and high end offerings to our various recipients. I love that i can see what other departments are already ordering so I can connect and collaborate with them if I am looking to order the same thing.

Great for when you want to work on custom swag projects and have dedicated representatives assist you. They also have a catalogue that you can browse and request mock ups for. They are also great if you find something you like but it isn't in your budget. We use Printfection for all of our company swag needs. This includes new hire swag, general employee swag and items created for company wide events. The quality of products are great and always a big hit with employees. The customer service is wonderful and very hands on. I know I can ask questions any time or I can schedule time to chat with a rep if I need to. Once you get used to the platform, it's pretty user friendly.

I use Printfection mostly for drop shipping swag to events. Other teams use it for sending one-off client gifts and internally for employee swag and welcome kits. As a totally remote organization, it's nice to have items available on-demand where we can go online and place an order without having to keep an inventory ourselves somewhere.

Printfection has allowed us to collaborate between departments which has helped us save money so that we are not ordering duplicative items. As a remote-first company we love that we can store our inventory with Printfection and they can take care of the logistics of shipping it where we need it. We do lots of trade shows and events and it's helpful to have all our swag in one place.

We use Printfection to create, manage, and store our Merchandising items. Printfection allows us to do everything in one place without worrying about logistics or multiple vendors for different products we need to customize. The ability to talk to specialists to source other ideas to translate our designs into real-life products definitely is one of the most vital points of Printfection.

I ADORE using Printfection. We needed a new system for managing our swag & tradeshow inventory and they came in to meet all of our needs. We're able to source new product (that they assist with and hit it out of the park, every time!), as well as have actual human hands and eyes on where our product is. Their dropship feature is my favorite thing - not only can I directly send our branded swag out to customers / prospects, I mainly use it for shipping our tradeshow items around the country, eliminating multiple trips to FedEx (and getting our swag out of my house!). By far and away, the customer service is unmatched - I feel extremely comfortable in our CSM & Swag Managers hands. All over, Printfection has narrowed down on exactly what works for companies like ours looking to simply and elevate our swag & inventory management, and I just love them for it.

Anyone who does tradeshow shipping - they allow you to see real-time counts of where your stuff is, how much of each item is available, and coordinate the shipping for you.

Less appropriate - gifting. This is not a gifting platform (and doesn't pretend to be!). You do have to buy in quantity and everything does have to be branded.

Printfection is a solid choice for offsite swag management. The subscription and additional fees for inventory do add up and a lot of the items they offer can be found through other vendors at cheaper prices. Things take time with Printfection. We started using them via referral from another company in our industry and are happy-ish with their services. The positives are that we don't have to store our swag in house or manage the shipping/distribution of it. In my opinion, their UI is not good and there are a lot of steps involved in things like archiving an item. They have to manually set up swag kits and the platform requires training on the campaign types. The biggest frustration is the amount of time it takes to make changes in your account and the learning curve around their services. For example, our first order, I didn't know you could request a pre-production sample, so our order was printed and looked nothing like the mock up in our account. The logo was very oversized on the actual prints whereas it looked great in the mock up online. Requesting that pre-production sample could have alleviated that but I wasn't aware it was even an option. Plus, it extends the time frame in which your full order will be produced.

I took over print fulfillment for our conferences/customers and swag for internal employee campaigns and Printfection is by far the most customizable, all-in-one solution for our needs. Because of their integrated platform, their variety of items, inventory management, their ability for recipients to manage shipping addresses, and ability to create unlimited campaign types (plus their analytics - bonus) I will never go back to the vendor/process of yesterday with all the tedious back-and-forth email and limited options for shipping and storage.

  • Getting started, it took me a bit to navigate the various features of their platform as well as a few calls to customer support to help me find my way but after some practice I was able to navigate and found that the platform is pretty intuitive.
For employee swag orders, customer swag orders - their service will delight both!

If you don't order swag consistently, you still have to pay for their platform with the monthly fee.
